$N \phi =L i \Rightarrow \phi$
$=\frac{L i}{N}=\frac{8 \times 10^{-3} \times 5 \times 10^{-3}}{400}$
$=10^{-7}=\frac{\mu_{0}}{4 \pi} Wb$
