Lymph : Lymph is a fluid which contains plasma and WBC, i.e., blood-RBC and it is characterised by absence of RBC, presence of more WBC and insoluble proteins and it is a part of tissue fluid. It's main function is to return intestitial fluid back to the blood.
Transport of oxygen and $CO _{2}$ takes place with the help of blood.
