Solution:

The penis is made up of three erectile tissues. A pair of dorsolateral coporacavernosa and a single ventral corpus spongiosum. The urethra passes through corpus spongiosum and hence that part is called spongiose urethra. The glans penis is made up of only corpus spongiosum.
