$f(-x)=\frac{-x}{e^x-1}-\frac{x}{2}+1 $
$ =\frac{-x e^x}{1-e^x}-\frac{x}{2}+1$
$=\frac{x\left(e^x-1+1\right)}{e^x-1}-\frac{x}{2}+1 $
$=\frac{x}{e^x-1}+\frac{x}{2}+1=f(x)$
