Here $\text{L}_{\text{eq}} = \text{L} + 2 \text{L} = 3 \text{L}$ (in series)
$\text{C}_{\text{eq}} = \text{C} + 2 \text{C} = 3 \text{C}$ (in parallel)
$\omega = \frac{1}{\sqrt{\text{L}_{\text{eq}} \text{C}_{\text{eq}}}}$
$= \frac{1}{3 \sqrt{\text{LC}}}$
frequency $f= \frac{\omega }{2 \pi } = \frac{1}{6 \pi \sqrt{\text{LC}}}$
