Oxyacids are the compounds which contains hydrogen and oxygen along with main element.
So, $H _{2} SO _{3}, H _{2} S _{2} O _{3}, H _{2} SO _{4}$ are the oxyacids of sulphur while $SO _{3}$ is the oxide of sulphur.
