$\frac{1}{f}=(\mu-1)\left(\frac{1}{R_{1}}-\frac{1}{R_{2}}\right)$
$\frac{1}{10}=(1.5-1)\left(\frac{1}{7.5}-\frac{1}{ R _{2}}\right)$
$\frac{1}{10}=\frac{1}{2}\left(\frac{1}{7.5}-\frac{1}{R_{2}}\right)$
$R _{2}=-15 cm$
