Solution:

In $C_{4}$ plants the first stable product is $4-C$ compound oxaloacetic acid. Phosphoenol pyruvate recieves $CO _{2}$ and produce it. In $C_{3}$ plants the $RuBP$ recieves $C O_{2}$ and forms phosphoglyceric acid (a $3-C$ compound).
