Solution:

The displacement is the area which the velocity-time graphs encloses with time axis for a given interval of time. Since the area of velocity-time graph for time $0$ to $5 \,s$ is the same as area of the velocity-time graph for time $5\, s$ to $10 \,s$, hence average speed in these intervals is the same.
