Solution:

The female reproductive system of cockroach comprises of two large ovaries which lie literally in the second to sixth abdominal segments. A group of eight ovarian tubules or ovarioles forms each ovary, which contain a chain of developing ova. To form a single median oviduct also known as vagina, oviduct of each ovary unite this opens into the genital chamber. In the sixth segment, a pair of spermatheca is present which opens into the genital chamber.
