Solution:

Golgi apparatus cisternae are spherical disc like structure present one on other and are curved. Curvature results in cis or convex face towards the nucleus and concave or trans face towards the cell membrane. Materials to be packaged in the form of vesicles from the ER fuse with the cis face of the golgi apparatus and move towards the maturing face.
