Solution:

As $\left[\right.Co\left(\right.NH_{3}\left(\left.\right)_{4}Cl_{2}\left(\left]\right.\right)^{+}$ is capable of showing geometrical isomerism i.e. cis and trans isomers which means it can have two different coloured complexes.
