$E_{cell}^{\circ} = \frac{0.0591}{n} \log \, k_c$
$0.46 = \frac{0.0591}{2} \log \, K_c$
$\frac{0.46 \times 2}{0.0591} = \log \, Kc \:\: \Rightarrow \: \log \, K_c = 15.56$
$\therefore \: K_c =$ antilog$ 15.6 $
