Solution:

$ \frac{1-2 y }{ y ^2}=3 \left(\log _8 x = y \right) $
$3 y ^2+2 y -1=0 \Rightarrow 3 y ^2+3 y - y -1=0 \Rightarrow 3 y ( y +1)-1( y +1)$
$\log _8 x = y =1 / 3,-1 \Rightarrow x =2,1 / 8$
