Solution:

We know that $E _{ n }= E _{1} \times\left(\frac{ Z }{ n }\right)^{2}$
Given $E _{2}=\frac{ E _{1}}{2^{2}}=-328 kJ mol ^{-1}$
$ E _{4}=\frac{ E _{2}}{2^{2}}=\frac{-328}{4} kJ mol ^{-1}=-82 kJ mol ^{-1} $
