Solution:

The embryo sac or female gametophyte of angiosperm contains $3$ celled egg apparatus, $3$ antipodal cells and two polar nuclei (secondary nucleus or central cell) at the centre of structure. A egg or oosphere in egg apparatus surrounded on either side by two synergids cells, developed into zygote after fertilisation while secondary nucleus or central cell (two polar nuclei) fuses to secondary male gametes, (carried out by pollen tube) and develops into triploid endosperm.
