$\Rightarrow P . E=\frac{9 \times 10^{9} \times 1.6 \times 10^{-19} \times 2 \times 1.6 \times 10^{-19}}{2 \times 10^{-10}}$
$P . E=\frac{4.8 \times 9}{2} \times 10^{-19}$
$=21.6 \times 10^{-19} J$
$ \simeq 2.2 \times 10^{-18} J$
