$ F=\frac{q_{1} q_{2}}{4 \pi \varepsilon_{0} r^{2}}$
$\Rightarrow r^{2}=\frac{q_{1} q_{2}}{4 \pi \varepsilon_{0} \cdot F}=\frac{\left(9 \times 10^{9}\right)\left(0.4 \times 10^{-6}\right)\left(0.8 \times 10^{-6}\right)}{0.2}$
$\therefore r^{2}=144 \times 10^{-4} \Rightarrow r=12 \times 10^{-2} m =12\, cm$
