Inside a charged sphere, electric field intensity at all points is zero and electric potential is same at all the points. Electric potential,
$ V=\frac{1}{4\pi {{\varepsilon }_{0}}}\frac{q}{R} $
Therefore, potential at the centre is equal to the potential at the surface.
