$\eta =\frac{Q_{1}-Q_{2}}{Q_{1}}$
$0.6=\frac{Q_{1}-20}{Q_{1}}$
$0.6Q_{1}=Q_{1}-20$
$0.4 Q_{1}=20$
$Q_{1}=50\,J$
Work done, $W=Q_{1}-Q_{2}=50-20$
$=30\,J$
