$\theta=\frac{2\,R_{E}}{60\,R_{E}}=\frac{1}{30}\,rad=\frac{1}{30} \times \frac{180^{\circ}}{\pi} \approx 2^{\circ}$
$\therefore $ Diameter of the earth as seen from the moon is about $2^{\circ}$.
