Velocity, $v= \frac{dx}{dt } = \frac{d}{dt}\left(A cos \omega t\right) = -A\omega sin\omega t$
Acceleration, $a=\frac{dv}{dt} = \frac{d}{dt}\left(-\omega A sin\omega t\right) = -\omega^{2}A cos\omega t$
