Solution:

Reynold's number describes the ratio of inertial force per unit area to viscous force per unit areq for a flowing fluid.
Thus, Reynold's number is the ratio of two physical quantity of same dimension which cancel out each other. Hence, Reynold's number is dimensionless quantity.
