We know that.
$F = q\left(v \times B\right)$,
$ B = \frac{\left[F\right]}{\left[q\right]\left[v\right]} $
$= \frac{\left[MLT^{-2}\right]}{\left[C\right]\left[LT^{-1}\right]}$
$ = \left[MT^{-1}C^{-1}\right]$
