The dimensional formula of Young's modulus
$Y=\frac{F / A}{\Delta l / l}=\frac{\left[ MLT ^{-2}\right]}{\left[ L ^{2}\right]}$
$=\left[ ML ^{-1} T ^{-2}\right]$
The dimensional formula of stress
$=\frac{F}{A}=\frac{\left[ MLT ^{-2}\right]}{\left[ L ^{2}\right]}$
$=\left[ ML ^{-1} T ^{-2}\right]$
Hence, all of these are represented by
$\left[ ML ^{-1} T ^{-2}\right]$
