From the figure, it is seen that the emf's of the cells are in opposite directions, hence net emf of the cell is $(5-2)=3\, V$, external resistance in the circuit is
$=10+20=30 \Omega$
Hence, current in the circuit is given
$i =\frac{V}{R}$
$=\frac{3}{30}=0.1\, A$
