If −OH group is on the right-hand side to the last carbon with respect to the highest oxidised carbon at the top, it is called D-isomer and if it is on the left side, it is called L-isomer.
So, the names of the compounds are D-erythrose, D-threose, L-erythrose, L-threose, respectively.
