Q. The concept of displacement current solves an ambiguity in

TS EAMCET 2019

Solution:

Maxwell modified Ampere's circuital law by introducing displacement current $\left(I_{d}\right)$, because, he find the ambiguity in Ampere's circuital law for conduction current during charging of a conducting.
Now, Ampere's circuital law was modified to
$\oint B \cdot d l=\mu_{0}\left(I_{c}+I_{d}\right)$
where, $I_{c}=$ conduction current and
$I_{d}=$ displacement current
