Solution:

Since all the capacitors are connected in series,
$\therefore $ equivalent capacitance is
$\frac{1}{C_{eq}}=\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6}=1 $
$ \therefore C_{eq}=1\,\mu F $
Charge on each capacitor is same $\left(\because V=10\,V\right)$
$q=C_{eq} V=1 \times10$
$=10\, \mu C$
