The bond length of carbon-carbon single bond is $\text{1} \text{.54 } \overset{\text{o}}{\text{A}}$ and the carbon double bond carbon bond length is $\text{1} \text{.32 } \overset{\text{o}}{\text{A}}.$ In benzene due to resonance all bond lengths are equal which is $\text{1} \text{.4 } \overset{\text{o}}{\text{A}}$ .

Hence, C - C bond length in benzene is longer length C = C.
