Solution:

$K=\frac{\Delta P}{\left(- \frac{\Delta V}{V}\right)}=\frac{h \rho g}{\left(- \frac{\Delta V}{V}\right)}$
$9.1 \times 10^{8}=\frac{h \times 10^{3} \times 10}{\left(\frac{0.1}{100}\right)} \Rightarrow h=91 m$
