$A \cdot vel =\frac{ d A }{ dt }=\frac{1}{2} r \sin \theta \frac{ d s}{ dt }=\frac{ Vr \sin \theta}{2}$
$\frac{ d A }{ dt }=\frac{1}{2} \frac{ mVr \sin \theta}{ m }=\frac{ L }{2 m }$
