Given, length of pendulum $=75\, cm$
Radius $( r )=$ length of pendulum $=75 \,cm$
Length of arc $(l)=21 \,cm$
Now, $\theta=\frac{l}{r}=\frac{21}{75}=\frac{7}{25}$ radian
