Solution:

Amino acid contain a variable part 'R' due to which different types of amino acids are seen. This R can any aliphatic or aromatic chain. If R contains COOH then such amino acids are acidic amino acids. Examples are Glutamic and Aspartic acids. In Glutamic acids, R is $-C H_{2}- \, C H_{2}- \, C H_{2}- \, COOH$ while in Aspartic acid R is $- \, C H_{2}- \, COOH$ .
