Aggregate fruits are the group of fruitlets which develop from the multicarpellary, apocarpous ovary. The individual carpel or pistil develops into a ffuitlet but these fruitlets mature as clustered unit on a single receptacle. Such type of aggregate fruits, developed from the single flower is known as etaerio. These fruits make an aggregation of fruitlets.
