Solution:
tRNA is a type of RNA molecule that helps in translating mRNA codons to polypeptide by joining the amino acids. tRNA contains a definitive structure with three hairpin loops. One of the loop has a set of anticodon triplet complementary to the codon on mRNA. It also has a T-arm or T-loop which is used for attachment to the ribosome during the protein bio-synthesis. This loop is also called as $T\psi C$ as it contains thymidine, cytidine and pseudouridine.
