$ \frac{ I }{ C } \times \text { area }=\text { force }$
$ \frac{ I }{ C } \times 36 \times 10^{-4}=7.2 \times 10^{-9} $
$ I =\frac{7.2 \times 10^{-9} \times 3 \times 10^8}{36 \times 10^{-9} \times 10} $
$ =\frac{6 \times 10^{-1}}{10^{-3}} $
$ I =6 \times 10^2 \frac{ w }{ m ^2} $
$ =0.06 \frac{ w }{ cm ^2}$
