Q. Strongest conjugate base is :

Delhi UMET/DPMTDelhi UMET/DPMT 2004

Weakest acid has strongest conjugate base
(The conjugate acid and base differ by $H^{+}$ion).
$\because H F$ is weakest acid due to its maximum bond strength.
$\therefore F^{-}$is strongest base
( $\because$ it is conjugate base of weakest acid HF).
