Q. Stilt roots are found in

AMUAMU 2014Morphology of Flowering Plants

Solution:

The stems of maize and sugarcane have supporting roots coming out of the lower nodes of the stem.
These are called stilt roots. Stilt roots are short but thick supporting roots which develop obliquely from the basal nodes of the stem.
