$NaCl$ colourless $Na _2 CrO _4$-yellow since $CrO _4^{3-}$ is yellow
$KCl$ colourless $K _2 CrO _4$ - yellow
$KMnO _4-$ pink since $MnO _4^{-}$is pink
$K _2 MnO _4-$ green since $MnO _4^{2-}$ is green
