All the given feature are present in both plant cell and prokaryotic cell although the composition may vary. A plant cell has a cell wall (of cellulose), the cell membrane is present and also ribosome (80S) whereas prokaryotic cell mostly contains peptidoglycan as cell wall with 70S ribosome.
