Solution:

$Ca ( OH )_{2} \rightleftharpoons Ca ^{2+}+2 OH ^{-}$

$K_{s p}=\left[ Ca ^{2+}\right]\left[ OH ^{-}\right]^{2}$

$= (s)(2 s)^{2}=4 s^{3}$
