$ \begin{array}{l} S \propto \frac{1}{d^{2}} \Rightarrow \frac{S^{\prime}}{S}=\frac{(d}{\left(d^{\prime}\right)^{2}} \\ S^{\prime}=\frac{S \cdot d^{2}}{(0.4 d} \Rightarrow S^{\prime}=\frac{2}{(0.4}=12.5 \text { cal } min ^{-1} cm ^{2} \end{array} $
