Solution:

The groups of highest priority are $- Br$ and $- CH \left( CH _{3}\right)_{2}$. These are on same side in compound $C$. Hence, configuration $C$ is $Z$ -isomer. The configuration A does not show geometrical isomerism. In configuration $B$ and $D$, groups of highest priority are on the opposite sides and therefore, they are E-isomers.
