Solution:

The groups of highest priority are $- Br$ and $-CH(CH_3)_2$ . These are on same side in compound $C$. Hence, configuration $C$ is $Z$-isomer.
The configuration A does not show geometrical isomerism.
In configuration B and D, groups of highest priority are on the opposite sides and therefore, they are E-isomers.
