Q. Select the incorrect statements:
$\left(\right.1\left.\right)$ Diplotene stage is not recognized by the dissolution of the synaptonemal complex
$\left(\right.2\left.\right)$ Recombination nodules contain recombinase
$\left(\right.3\left.\right)$ In Anaphase II separation of homologous chromosome occurs
$\left(\right.4\left.\right)$ Inter kinesis is generally short-lived

Solution:

In Diplotene stage synaptonemal complex starts disintegrating and chromosomes of a pair start separating. Recombinase enzyme is present in recombination nodule which helps in recombination. In Anaphase II centromere splits and chromatids starts separating and interkinesis is generally short-lived.
