Here statement 1, 2 and 3 are correct while 4 is incorrect.
(1) Bis-(glycinato) Zinc (II) is optically active
(2) $\left[\right.NiCl_{4}\left]\right.^{2 -}$ and $\left[\right.PtCl_{4}\left]\right.^{2 -}$ differ in shapes i.e. tetrahedral and square planar respectively
(3) $\left[\right.Ni\left(\right.CN\left(\left.\right)_{4}\left(\left]\right.\right)^{2 -}$ and $\left[\right.Ni\left(\right.CO\left(\left.\right)_{4}\left]\right.$ have zero magnetic moment
(4) As cis- $\left[\right.Co\left(\right.NH_{3}\left(\left.\right)_{2}\left(\right.en\left(\left.\right)_{2}\left]\right.$ can show optical activity.
