Vascular bundle surrounded by bundle sheath cells is seen in monocot leaf, dicot leaf and monocot stem. In leaves, the bundle sheath cells are made up of parenchyma. In the scattered vascular bundles of monocot stem, bundle sheath cells are sclerenchymatous.
