Solution:

The first cellular form appeared on earth about 2000 million years ago (mya) which then formed into multicellular form following which there was an evolution of fish. Fish evolved into amphibians which in turn evolved into reptiles. Ichthyosaurus is a fish-like reptile that evolved from land reptiles which went back into the water. Tyrannosaurus is the biggest dinosaurs, which are land reptiles, and are about 20 feet in height.
