Q. Repressible enzyme are formed

ManipalManipal 2013

Solution:

Some enzymes are normally present in cell but their synthesis is ceased when the concentration of their and product become high. Such enzymes are called repressive enzymes, whereas the end product is. called corepressor. A regulator gene produces the aporepressor, while unites with corepressor to form a functional represser molecule, This represser molecule inhibit $ mRNA $ synthesis by all genes specifying enzymes.
